Refund Policy

If you violate any point of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for any refund.

All refund/reversals will be made via the same payment method using which you have paid us.

We cannot process refunds for crypto currency payments.

Payment made for trial/demo plan is non-refundable.

Payments for upgrades, add-ons, setup fees are not refundable. Additional fees (if any) paid for an invoice is not refundable.

For paypal payments, paypal transaction fee can't be refunded. This means full refund of a paypal payment = total amount paid via paypal - paypal transaction fee.

All refund requests will be processed within 24-48 hours from our end. Your bank may take 3-4 working days to credit the refunded amount.

Any Credit balance in your GigaRapid Account is not eligible for refund. It can only be used for purchasing new services or paying any existing/upcoming invoices at our website.

Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, or if you have opened a second account with us, you will not be eligible for a refund. Violations of this Agreement will waive your rights under the refund policy.

Customers signing up for the sole purpose of getting a refund would be classified as people misusing our refund policy. We have found out that people sometimes abuse our refund policy to get a product for free. We will evaluate such misusage, before processing any refunds on all accounts. Accounts found guilty would not be entitled for a refund.

We review all refund requests (submitted after the refund period is over) on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to decline any such refund requests for any reason.

To start with the refund process, Navigate to your Client Area > Services > My Services. Select the Product/Service and press the Request Cancellation button. We'd love to know what went wrong and how to improve, so please provide your feedback in the cancellation reason text field and submit. Then, open a Support Ticket to contact us for your refund.

If you have any issues related to payment, you need to contact us first via Support Ticket. If you open a dispute with our payment processors (like paypal, stripe etc) or your card issuer without consulting us first then your account will be suspended. In addition, we might terminate your account and delete your data if we suspect that your payment is fraudulent.

We offer 72 hour full money back guarantee on GigaDrive subscription plan for first time users only.

If you are not satisfied with our services and wish to cancel your service, you must submit your cancellation request within first 72 hour of your purchase/activation to get a full refund. All refund requests made after first 72 hour of purchase/activation will NOT be processed (In some cases, a partial refund may be issued).

If you have used more than 50% of the allocated bandwidth, no refund will be issued for any reason.

If we are not able to refund client's payment via payment gateway due to any reason, refunds will be posted as credit to the client's GigaRapid account.

Eco series plans were made available to let users test our product for an extended period of time. Hence, unless we fail to deliver your product/service within a reasonable time, All Products with the prefix GigaDrive Eco are not refundable.

All Dedicated server purchases including but not limited to Dedicated GigaDrive are not refundable unless we fail to deliver within the provided timeframe.

We do not offer any refund on any "GigaTransfer" Subscription plan unless we are unable to deliver your service within 48 hour.
